Meet Your Heroes

Meet Your Heroes is the alt-jazz trio from Brighton, UK. It’s an instrumental group that fuses jazz and math-rock, with nerdy and joyous results. Their music leans into the complexities of rhythm, harmony and improvisation, within the form of snappy and accessible tunes. Since the band was started in 2024, they’ve released the 5-track Meet Your Heroes EP, and performed many raucous shows in Brighton and London, notably at Love Supreme Jazz Festival 2025, and supporting math-rock heavies TTNG in 2026. They also created their own promotions label, Ctrl+Alt+Jazz, in order to connect with other jazz-adjacent acts in the community, and hosted a successful stage under this name at The Alternative Escape Festival 2026. Meet Your Heroes’ second EP, Math Le Blanc EP, is out now.
