LOUIE SPEAKING EAGLE SARELLANO

A descendant of the Zacatec and Maya Indian Tribes of Mexico, Louie was born Luis Alfonso Sarellano in El Paso’s Segundo Barrio. Musician, traditional man, and public speaker are just a few words that describe Louie Speaking Eagle.
