Joze Zadravec

Jože Zadravec is a musician from Veržej (Slovenia).
He began his education in 1992 at the music school Slavko Osterc Ljutomer under the guidance of professor Nenad Simuncic. He continued his education at the Carinthian Regional Conservatory (Carinthian State Conservatory) in Klagenfurt, Austria, where he studied jazz with prof. Erich Bachträglu and Prof. Klemens Marktl.
He collaborates with the following musicians and meetings: Simone Zanchini, Ratko Pour, Ton Risco, Martin Gyakonovski, Daniel Caccia, Stefano Benetti, Renato Chicco, Robert Bargard, Michael Erian, Karen Asatrian, Daniel Nösig, Gilad Barakan, Agostino Di Giorgio,…….Big Band, Maribor Symphony Orchestra,
Performed at many international festivals: Nishville Jazz Festival (SRB), Force Jazz Festival (ITA), Ohrid Year (MK), Osijek Culture (HR), Jazz U Vinograd (HR), Mejesz Ethno Jazz Festival Karlovac (HR), Last Minute Jazz Bale/Vale (HR), Spancirfest Varaždin (HR), Swing Festival Zagreb (HR), Swing Festival Graz (AT), Sing Mit UNS (CH), Jazz Untern Baum (AT), Swing Fest Bern (CH), Jazz and Lapidarium Poreč (HR), ...
He teaches in well-known educational institutions:
Since 2017, he has been a mentor for jazz drums at the jazz department Karol Pahor (PTUJ).
In 2021, he founded his own private drum school »J.Z. drum school. "
