Dave Edwards
Dave Edwards is a NYC metro-based multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, producer, and worship leader whose career spans rock clubs, cathedrals, cruise ships, concert halls, the White House and the United Nations. He has performed in venues including CBGB's, Birdland, Lincoln Center, and Rockwood Music Hall, sharing the stage and studio with some of the finest musicians in jazz, rock, and worship music.
Dave has recorded or performed with jazz greats such as Rufus Reid, John Patitucci, Donny McCaslin, Oz Noy, Mike Stern, Randy Brecker, John Blake Sr., Ed Palermo, and Todd Williams. He has also recorded or performed with progressive rock band Kansas, disco legend Gloria Gaynor, pop artist Nick Jonas, singer/actress Bethany Joy Lenz, Porter Carroll Jr, and the Ed Palermo Big Band (Frank Zappa project).
As a recording artist and session player, Dave’s drumming and bass work appear in sample libraries and licensing collections including Big Fish Audio’s Vintage Big Band, Funk/Soul City, and Vegas Loops, as well as TV and film scoring projects.
Based in the NYC metro area and available for touring, studio work, and creative collaboration.
