Christopher Sánchez, brings the sound of the Dominican-American dream. The rhythmic soul of the Caribbean and the grandeur of opera come to life when his productions hit the stage. From Rhode Island, he rose to prominence in New York City, where he is known as “Wall Street’s Opera Singer.” By day, Christopher works as a trader and by night, he captivates audiences with his unique fusion of Latin jazz and operatic story-telling.

A classically trained baritone, Christopher refined his sound at the prestigious Eastman School of Music, where he performed in operas, musicals, symphonies, and recitals. Over the past 10 years, he has graced stages from Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic to New York City’s West Village and Newport, Rhode Island. His voice embodies a blend of passion and precision, seamlessly dancing between Caribbean swagger and classical elegance. 

As the founder of Wall Street Opera, Christopher produces and curates his own concerts, bringing his vision of Latin jazz and opera fusion to life. After selling out his 2024-2025 tour of “Cuban Jazz Meets Opera”, Christopher is preparing to launch his new album in May of 2026, “Latin Jazz Meets Opera,”—a dazzling spectacle that reimagines the intersection of Latin jazz, opera and ballroom dance.
