Tal Wilkenfeld is best known online for a smokin’ bass solo with jazz-rock guitarist Jeff Beck that went viral – see this clip. She was 21 at the time. Wilkenfeld also was invited to sit in at a young age with Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Prince and the Allman Brothers. Born in 1986, it’s been a while since she’s been described as a young prodigy, however she has rounded out her skills to include composing and singing.
