Sonata for the Birds - a solo flute piece inspired by the birds of New York City and the many wonderful concerts I have played recently in the gardens of the Lower East Side. Some of the tunettes on the CD I also composed for long time bandmate Bern Nix who played many Beyond Duo concerts with me and died in May 2017, recorded live at the Bullet Space Art Gallery, on my 11th Street music label.
