Fiona's Comments

Our Saturday, The Fringes features a track from experimental musician Nheap. He actually describes his music remarkably accurate above; jazz suggestions is pretty honest, and I wish I could use that as my excuse to feature this song on a jazz site (I usually try to get my experimental Saturday feature closer to jazz), but mostly I just think this entire album is beautiful. It's priced at Name Your Own Price on his Bandcamp page. Enjoy.

About the Album

Nearly two years in the making, Clouds Under the Table marks a new cornerstone in Nheap's career. Featuring haunting melodies, quirky rhythms, organic electronics, postrock and jazz suggestions, dynamic live drums playing and a biggest sound, this album will find its place among listeners who think creative music can also be warm.
