When you drive into the Kruger Park, a game reserve in South Africa, you are immediately inundated with monkeys that climb on the car and make faces at you through the windshield. This song captures that mischief with it's light bouncy rhythm and instrumentation. Castanets, a chavilhao, a clave, shakers, a conga glissando and a muted trumpet represent the playfulness of the monkeys and atmospheric sounds of the jungle. Together they create a distinctly fresh, bright and joyful sound that unites styles and cultures.
