About the Album
Música Efêmera (Ephemeral Music) is an instrumental project that mixes influences from the rhythmic jazz (especially the swing-jazz of the 1930s), with contemplative progressive rock guitars, especially from bands like Pink Floyd, Yes, and Rush. The basis of the compositions are created by me, Billy Ponzio. So I pass to these exceptional musicians, Eduardo Tibira and Ricardo Ramos,that create their parts freely, within context. Both are musicians 'out of the box' in terms of creativity and understanding of sound. They are masters of creation and feeling musical. We also had the honor of having the multi-instrumentalist, Billy Magno brightening 'Música Efêmera 3', on the electric piano. Being a work focused on creativity, without commercial bias, we can only work on it in our free time. So, we are glad to present in three months, this work.
