About the Album
The first track I put together for my new record, done during the pandemic in the fall of 2020. The tune was based on a "playing at home" video I had done a couple of years earlier, which featured a funky wah-wah lick that stuck in my head. The guys captured the "Herbie Hancock's Headhunters meet The Meters" groove better than I could have imagined.
