About the Album

"Area 51" is a duo improvisation with Phil Grenadier (trumpet) and Bruno Raberg (acoustic bass). We recorded an improvisation and then overdubbed another reacting to the first one. The original acoustic sounds have been manipulated sonically to create an exciting contrasting soundscapes.
