Album Description

"Lucas Amorim - Live in New York City” is Lucas' debut album. The project documents Lucas’ personal journey since moving to "the city" in 2020 in the midst of the Covid pandemic. The album features arrangements of jazz standards of choice as well as an original solo vibraphone piece. The group (sextet) on this record is composed by Lucas Amorim (vibes), Connor McLeod (alto sax), Dag Weibel (guitar), Caleb Tobocman (bass) and Daniel Petersen (drums).
