On Saturday April 2nd, a full house came to Washington Pavilion for a concert featuring Kristin Korb with the South Dakota Symphony in Sioux Falls, SD. Jazz bassist/singer Korb featured her Trio with Bill Mays ( piano) and Ryan Korb (drums) on a swinging set of world premiere jazz orchestrations commissioned specially for this concert. Included was Scheps ' arrangement “ You Stepped Out of a Dream/Chick's Tune". Everyone sounded great & the show was very well received. Scheps continues writing as he tours frequently; next up , a series of new charts for New York City singer Kami Rodgers.
