Host Jez Nelson and company will present live sets from the Matthew Shipp Trio and Edward “Kidd" Jordan from this year's Vision Festival at New York's Clemente Soto Velez Cultural Center on tonight's episode of Jazz on 3.
The show will also feature a special interview with Jordan by Nate Chinen.
Jazz on 3 airs from 11:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. GMT in Britain, but can be accessed for a week after its original broadcast via streaming audio from the program's Web site.
