Hello friends,
Happy Spring! Happy Daylight Savings Time! On April 16, the weekend before I go back to China, I've planned a concert at The Cornelia Street Cafe with some of New York's most phenomenal musicians:
(in alphabetical order): Bashiri (Whitney Houston, Celine Dion & more), Fred Cash (Morley, Toshi Reagon, Adam Holtzman & more), Tuey Connell (Tuey just shared the stage with Diane Reeves) and Ann Klein (Joan Osborne, PM Dawn, Natalie Imbruglia, Toshi Reagon, & more).
And....since my next birthday happens to fall while I'll be in China, we'll be having a pre-celebration for my birthday, too!
So pick out some beautiful clothes (or not, as you like), smile at the longer days, enjoy the warmer weather and let us bring you some good feeling, all-around joyous and heartfelt music!
Valerie Ghent in Concert!
