TURIYA MAREYA
Turiya Mareya's music is based on World Music influences and draws on the trance inducing and spirit calling focus of African and Indigenous music. She has shared the stage with such artists such as Arturo Sandoval, David Murray, Eddie Palmieri, Poncho Sanchez and Jane Bunnet. Since 2003 she has been touring and performing internationally. She has performed at Venues and Festivals in Madrid, Havana, Toronto, Vancouver, Juneau, Anchorage, Mexico City, Jalapa, Tijuana and San Diego. She just returned from a Canadian tour where she was performing with Cuban Artists Adonis Puentes and Gilberto Moreaux. She lives in Tijuana Mexico.

Lazaro Poey - Master Drummer
One of the most respected Cuban drummers, Lazaro Poey was born in Guanabacoa, outside of Havana. He studied at the Instituto Superior de Arte in Havana. He was part of the Orquesta Del Cabaret Tropicana and many other worldclass cuban groups. He has performed in Jazz festivals in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, as well as in South and Central American Festivals. He currently lives in Mexico where he is teaching percussion and performing.

Felix Betancourt - Master Jazz Saxophonist
Felix Betancourt was born in Havana and from an early age began to study music. He graduated from the Instituto Superior de Arte in 1992. He performed with Pianist Ramon Valle and recored with him the award winning CD “Levitando". He also has recorded with Pablo Milanes, Gabriel Hernandez and Chuchito Valdez and performed with Michael Brecker. He has appeared in Jazz festivals in Europe , Cuba and Mexico. He is currently living , teaching and performing in Cancun Mexico.

Special guest appearance by Adonis Puentes- Singer, Songwriter, Percussionist
Adonis Puentes was raised in Artemis Cuba in the heart of Cuban culture. He began performing as a child with his father Guitarist Valentin Puentes and also with a popular Cuban Ensemble featuring 24 children. By 14 years of age he was performing as a vocalist with top bands in Cuba. He toured Canada with his father and twin brother Alexis Puentes and later returned with his brother to form one of Canada's most popular groups and release a Cd which won Canada's top Music Awards. He has become a major artist in Canada and is currently rehearsing his all star Salsa band in Los Angeles. He will soon be touring with Cuban Flautist “Maraca",

Bassist and Guitarist - Ignacio Arango
Ignacio Arango was raised in Guanaucoba Cuba. He studied at the Guillermo Toms music school in Havana. In Cuba he performed with the Tropicana Nightclub's orchestra and The National Radio and Television Orquestra. He has performed with and shared the stage with all the Cuba's greatest musical acts. He has toured Europe and Mexico. In 1996 Ignacio came to San Diego a nd since then has performed with all the top Jazz and Latin Artsts in Southen California. He also toured the US and Canada with the group Giant People.
