The Fab Faux will perform The Beatles' REVOLVER, in its entirety, at Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C. May 2.

The concert will recreate a seminal chapter in the legendary album output of The Beatles, and will offer fans a chance to hear what is often regarded as The Beatles best studio album (perhaps matched only by Sgt. Peppers,) and arguably one of the greatest rock albums of all time, performed from start-to-finish.

For those of us who never got to see The Beatles perform live, we're fortunate to have five of the best musicians around The Fab Faux dedicate themselves to faithfully recreating some of the most extraordinary music ever written. A harbinger of the psychedelic era, Revolver included such landmark tracks as “Yellow Submarine", “Eleanor Rigby" and “Good Day Sunshine".

THE FAB FAUX

Saturday, May 2, 2009
The album Revolver in its entirety along, with other assorted favorites.
Warner Theatre Washington, D.C.
8pm - Tickets at livenation.com, or 877-598-8696 warnertheatre.com for more info.

The Fab Faux will be joined by The Creme Tangerine Strings and the Hogshead Horns.

The Fab Faux recently celebrated their 10th Anniversary by selling out New York's legendary Radio City Music Hall, and delivering a 36-song marathon performance that began with 'Magical Mystery Tour' and ended three hours later with 'Hey Jude' -- with the audience of close to 6,000 people on its feet. Their 10th Anniversary 'Psychedelia!' concert was The Fab Faux's largest headlining concert ever, their largest-ever sold out concert, and their largest New York concert-to- date as well. It superseded last-year's sold-out Sgt. Pepper's concert at The Beacon.

The Fab Faux brings together the talents of five of New York's most respected musicians:
Will Lee of Late Show with David Letterman, Jimmy Vivino of Late Night with Conan O'Brien (soon to be The Tonight Show,) Rich Pagano, who has performed with Rosanne Cash and Ray Davies, Jack Petruzzelli, who has toured and recorded with Joan Osborne, Patti Smith and Rufus Wainwright, and Frank Agnello, whose musical credits include Phoebe Snow, Marshall Crenshaw and Joey Molland of Badfinger.
