SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Jazz in the City returns to Syracuse this summer.
Presented by the Pomco Group, the annual event which started back in 2001 will feature the finest in local talent, local students and great guest artists. The city will again be partnering with the CNY Jazz Arts Foundation to bring the cultural event to different neighborhoods throughout the city on four Thursdays in July and august.
Tuesday, officials announced the different musicians and sounds that will make up this year's event. The first concert will be Thursday July 31st on the south side at Dunk and Bright and will feature local R and B band the Black Lites.
