Fairmount Park has openings for talented performers to join our entertainment series in LOVE Park, 16th Street & JFK Boulevard in exciting Downtown Philadelphia. This is LOVE Park's 3rd season of music, theater and fun!

We have openings mid May 2006 through October 2006, (weather conditions permitted of course since we are an outdoor venue). This is an Open Call for artists who want maximum exposure in a busy location that is fast becoming the outdoor entertainment Mecca in Philadelphia. Performers will not be paid monetarily, but will benefit tremendously in the following ways:

  • High exposure in a bustling environment with a professional crowd of center city office workers, streaming tourists and visitors.

  • Location opportunity is adjacent one of Philadelphia's most visited landmark and tourist attractions the “LOVE" statue created by famed artist Robert Indiana.

  • Artists are supported by experienced technicians with professional grade PA systems.

  • Free and secure parking onsite.

  • Strong media promotion through our Public Relations / Marketing team with daily media advisories

  • Artists are welcome to self - promote during performances.

Performance times:

  • Lunch in LOVE performance time is Monday thru Friday, 12 noon - 2 pm

  • TLC - Thursday Love Concert performance time is Thursday (duh!) 5 pm - 7 pm
