Slacker App Now Available for iPhone

Internet radio provider Slacker has long been a favorite at the PCMag offices, so it's a bit exciting to hear that the site has finally crafted a version of the service for the iPhone, following a port to the BlackBerry just a few days ago. The app is live and available now through iTunes.

Among the features included in the iPhone version of Slacker are access to the site's massive library, 100 pre-programmed genre station, stereo playback, and the ability to create custom stations. Users can also view artist bio and photos, view album artwork, preview upcoming songs, and pause and skip ahead.

The introduction of the iPhone version of Slacker follows the release of Slacker for Blackberry, which recently snagged the PCMag Editors' Choice.
