Rock Daily reported last month on speculation that a Simon and Garfunkel tour would kick off in New Zealand, and today sources confirmed the duo will embark on a reunion trek of Australia and New Zealand.
According to Pollstar, so far a June 13th date has been booked at the Vector Arena in Auckland, followed by a June 17th show at Boondall, Australias Bisbane Entertainment Center, a pair of dates at Sydneys Acer Arena (the 20th and 21st), two gigs at Melbournes Rod Laver Arena (the 25th and 26th), a June 30th set at Hindmarshs Adelaide Entertainment Center and a July 2nd show at Perths Burswood Dome.
The duo also have four more shows booked in Japan in July. Art Garfunkel briefly joined Paul Simon onstage in New York this past February.
