* KWMU's Jazz Unlimited, hosted by Dennis Owsley, for “Best Jazz Radio Program";
* Jazz at the Bistro for “Best Jazz Club"; and
* Cabaret St. Louis' Jim Dolan for “Best Local Impresario."
