Lenore Raphael
Jazz pianist Lenore Raphael is known mainly as a busy touring mainstream/bebop player who swings, but lately her original tunes are getting more and more notice for their playability and singability as well.

In September and October her original tune Johnny Jazz, dedicated to jazz writer John Gilbert was programmed on Continental and Copa Airlines JazzBeat jazz stream by the host James Janisse. This month, November, Lenore's original beboppish Birds In Flight has been streamed on the ASCAP Podcast and now her original Sweet Little Samba is on the “best song" list of a Latin Jazz show and website.

Her Blues for O.P. dedicated to Oscar Peterson on the new release “Invitation" has been heard consistently on jazz radio stations.

There are lyrics to Ms. Raphael's tunes and vocalists are welcome to contact her.
