Nine musicians strong, The Devil Mountain Jazz Band is returning to the Lake Wildwood Cedar Room on Thursday evening (October 9) as part of the 2008/2009 jazz concert series.
Re-creating the New Orleans style of hot jazz popularized in the late twenties by ol' Satchmo, Hardin, and Morton, this band has played at hundreds of jazz festivals and is sure to be a LWW crowd pleaser with ragtime, blues, Dixieland standards, gospel and some special solos.
Tickets are $15 at the administration office. The clubhouse will offer a special Jazz Night Buffet in the Pine Room before the 8pm performance.
