While I agree with this, I must point out that I have seen her perform live many times and she has her own evocative sound and stage presence, not to mention alongside some of the world's best musicians. She blazes her own path while remaining true to the spirit of the jazz and classic standards she sings- no, she owns.
Got A Little Story was a long time in the making, and well worth the wait. Tamela has been performing for a very long time, and having this major label album being released worldwide everywhere will not only add to her skyrocketing success, but bring more attention to this genre of music that we all love. The beautiful music of an era gone by.
