New NYC Jazz Venue: Jack Bistro & Bar

Jack Bistro & Bar at 80 University Pl. corner of E. 11 St. in NYC has live jazz each Saturday night.

Regularly appearing each Saturday is The Skye Jazz Trio, led by drummer Steve Rubin, featuring Joe Tranchina on keyboards. Contributing bass players have been: J. Brunka, Eric Lemon, Bill McCrossen, Jeremy Goldberg.

Great restaurant bar environment. No cover. Terrific atmosphere. Sets at 9 and 11.
