One of the few modern jazz clarinet players around, Neal Haiduck has performed with North American and international jazz bands and orchestras throughout Europe and with artists such as Bucky Pizzarelli, Lorraine Desmarais and Tito Puente to name just a few. Winner of the Bronx Recognizes Its Own (BRIO) Award from the Bronx Council on the Arts, Haiduck leads his trios and quartets in any club he can find that is congenial to mainstream jazz and some that aren't: Fez Under Time, Windows on the World, Detour, Birdland, Knitting Factory, Iridium, 55 Bar, and CBGB's.

A busy player on the Quebec scene, Alex Bellegarde leads a quartet, a big band and also collaborates with a wide range of musicians, poets, actors and visual artists. Creating music drawn from a wealth of sources, his compositions, along with a great performance by his quartet, won the coveted General Motors Grand Jazz Award at the 2005 Festival International de Jazz de Montreal.
