The “Smooth Jazz 4 South Jersey" project has been accepted into the running for a “Pepsi Refresh" grant, and Smooth Jazz aficionados are being asked to vote on-line at refresheverything.com starting on November 1st, 2010 and ending on November 30th.

SJ4SJ Founder and President Dorian Gilmer explains, “Sometimes we have to do what needs to be done ourselves, and that's why I am asking music lovers who want to see and hear more Smooth Jazz in South Jersey to vote for this funding that will be used to bring Smooth Jazz back to local radio and present local concerts, workshops for youth and even festivals."

Gilmer is asking music lovers everywhere to assist in this Smooth Jazz crusade by visiting the Pepsi Refresh website refresheverything.com every day in November and vote for SJ4SJ to win the grant award. Only your votes can help him to revitalize the Smooth Jazz scene in South Jersey.
