Trump's proposed budget eliminates funding for the National Endowments for the Arts and Humanities, which at $148 million makes up 0.003% of the Federal Budget. But as a tweet with the tagline “Let Them Eat Diamonds" pointed out, that's far less than the $183 million that will be spent guarding Trump Towers each year of a Trump presidency.
