BOSTON, MA - La Timba Loca, the 12-piece Boston salsa giant, will be appearing before their home audience at Scullers Jazz Club on March 12, 2003. Scullers Jazz Club is regarded as the main Boston stage for world-renowned jazz music acts. This show promises to be a unique experience in Latin music with a combination of strong salsa and theatrical spice. “Timba" is the latest aggressive step in the salsa movement coming from Cuba, characterized by influences of funk and jazz as well as heavy audience interaction.
