ROCHESTER, N.Y. - JazzWeek announces the release of the new PDF Edition of JazzWeek. Each weekly edition will include feature stories, articles, industry news, CD and DVD reviews, and jazz and smooth jazz radio airplay charts.

Last June, JazzWeek and Mediaguide announced a partnership that would provide JazzWeek with electronically-monitored airplay data for its charts. The first monitored jazz album and smooth jazz single and album charts were published on November 12, 2004. These new charts provided the industry with an accurate picture of the most popular jazz recordings being played on radio.

In the coming weeks JazzWeek will be debuting a college and progressive jazz chart. Additionally, JazzWeek will debut a jazz reissues chart in the first quarter of 2005.

This first PDF edition is available for a free download at http://www.jazzweek.com. The week's feature and cover story is an interview with Wynton Marsalis about Jazz at Lincoln Center's new home. Details on how to become a yearly subscriber can be found shortly at the jazzweek.com web site and new web site features will be rolled out over the next few weeks.

JazzWeek is published by Yellow Dog Communications, Inc. For more information about JazzWeek, visit http://www.jazzweek.com, or call (585) 235-4685.
