Jazz Photographer Jeffrey Kliman Exhibits Work at The Smithsonian Instutute

Jeffrey Kliman, Jazz Photographer, & The Smithsonian Instutute presents an exhibition of photographic images, On Stage and Back Stage: Women in Jazz. The pictures were taken at the Kennedy's Center's Women In Jazz annual series, over the last 10 years. The exhibit can be found on the third floor west, at the National Museum of American History & will run indefinitely. Mr. KLiman's images were last seen in the exhibit Latin Jazz., currently on tour, for the Smithsonian. This show is replacing Mentors Herman Leonard & Bill Claxton's photographs of Jazz Musicians, after it's four year run.

A brief reception will be held on Wednesday, April 16th at the National Museum, from 10AM-1100AM.
