Jazz Improvisations Photographic Portraits of the Masters by Paul Slaughter in Santa Fe

Verve Fine Arts of Santa Fe, New Mexico presents “Jazz Improvisations, Portraits of the Masters" by photographer Paul Slaughter from January 21 to February 26. A reception for the artist will be held on Friday, January 21st from 5-to 7 PM. The photographs are selected from Slaughter's extensive archive of jazz photographs created over 35 years. The exhibition includes early images of Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, and Dizzy Gillespie. Recent work is of Dave Brubeck, Nancy Wilson, Eddie Daniels, and Wynton Marsalis.
