"Saratoga Jazz Festival", now sponsored by Freihofers, has presented a two-day celebration of Jazz at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center located in Saratoga Springs, NewYork. In one of the most beautiful park settings in all of New York State, jazz can be heard from noon 'till midnight on the last Saturday and Sunday of the month of June. The range of jazz is wide enough so that there is something for everyone taste and the music is spread out over two stages. The Gazebo stage has earned a reputation for presenting many of the newest styles and newest faces in the jazz world. The laid back approach taken by the facility allows for great family gatherings with barbecues, picnics that will astound you in their scope, plus the chance to see and buy some great crafts displayed in the large craft tent. For many fans it has become the place to be on the last weekend of June and it has become a time to renew old friendships and catch up on all of the jazz world as it exists today. “Ultimate Jazz Weekend."
Itinerary
The bus will pick us up at Tarrytown New York Train station Friday June 24, 2005 at 10AM take the group up to Saratoga Springs New York to the Super 8 Motel. Monday June 27th 2005 the bus will come back to the motel at 12 noon to pick us up and return back to Tarrytown Train station.
