Tons of rare jazz items will be available including records (LPs, 45 rpm, 78 rpm), sheet music, photographs, posters, books, magazines, jazz art, and miscellaneous items.
Records include traditional jazz of Louis Armstrong, Bix Beiderbecke, Sidney Bechet and other early New Orleans innovators; blues artists such as B.B. King, Bessie Smith and Joe Turner; swing era big bands of Fletcher Henderson, Jimmie Lunceford, Chick Webb, Count Basie, Duke Ellington and Benny Goodman: bebop stars such as Charlie Parker, John Coltrane and Miles Davis; later jazz styles feature Ornette Coleman and Steve Lacy; blues, gospel, male and female vocalists and many obscure artists are represented. There are records by saxophonists, guitarists, trumpeters, organ players, vibists, trombonists, trumpeters, bassists, pianists, etc.
