INgrooves Takes over All Digital Distribution for Universal Music Group

INgroove's ONE Digital division has replaced Universal Music Group's existing digital music supply chain in North America and assumed responsibility for all online and mobile deliveries to retailers like iTunes, Amazon and Verizon. The world's largest music group, UMG made a substantial strategic investment in INgrooves several years ago, but had limited digital distribution to third-party labels including the Disney Music Group, Concord Music Group and its Fontana independent label division. 

“It is no small task to provide the world's largest music company with a customized enterprise software platform that combines robust functionality with cost effectiveness," according to Robb McDaniels, Founder & CEO of INgrooves. “We are proud to see the validation of our ONE Digital platform continue with this implementation."
