The Supreme Court intervened Monday in a lawsuit by an Internet service provider accusing AT&T of anti-competitive practices.

AT&T had asked the justices to step into the dispute over wholesale prices AT&T charges for high-speed service to Internet service providers who then compete with AT&T for retail Internet customers.

The photogenic red rocks of Arizona will be the backdrop for the 27th annual Sedona Jazz on the Rocks Festival, a week-long schedule of events between September 23-28. The festival has expanded this year with more free outdoor concerts, a dinner-dance, film showing, house party and wine-maker dinner leading up to the all-day festival.
