The Mississippi Valley Blues Society tonight announced that it's taking the IH Mississippi Valley Blues Festival, July 3 - 5, to the streets of downtown Davenport, Iowa. The festival is being relocated from its LeClaire Park home location" due to the Flood of 2008.
