The National Jazz Museum in Harlem is endeavored to host three (3) fellows who are educators currently teaching in colleges or universities that do not offer jazz studies, during a well-planned twelve-day residency filled with jazz programs, access to key individuals and popular presenting institutions, an intimate reception, and live performances. McCartney to Receive Gershwin Prize

The third Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song will be presented to Sir Paul McCartney at a special concert in the White House on June 2, it was announced by Librarian of Congress James H. Billington on Monday.
