Trombonist Greg Robinson performs with guitarist John Liquori twice this weekend at Wichcraft, 60 East 8th Street, New York City.

Robinson, a former student of Benny Powell, is known for membership in legendary ska bands Mephiskapheles and The Toasters, as well as for his writing in the pages of JazzTimes, Windplayer, and Cadence.

Robinson and Liquori have been performing together as a jazz duo for more than 10 years. They previously held open-ended engagements in the East Village at Louis, Cafe Pick Me Up, and Orologio.
