Renowned German pianist and keyboardist, Jonathan Romppel, has been enlisted by an array of renowned artists and bands for multiple high-profile concert series in prominent music venues across the United States.

Romppel, whose flawless technique and genre-crossing style have made him highly sought after in international music circles, is now set to work with a star-studded roster of artists who have hired him to be the lead pianist/keyboardist of their bands. These include L.A.-based Aimee Vant, whose discography includes the hit singles “Safeword" and “Voicemail”; Chris Black, founder of SoulfulofNoise, a touring band and one of the country’s largest live music production companies, has hired Romppel to lead the band in ongoing concert series including “Soulful Sundays” and “Ladies Night at Lucky Strike” in Los Angeles.

Romppel is also set to perform with British/South African singer-songwriter Fairhazel in several concerts and will perform on the soundtrack of legendary comedian Pauly Shore’s one-man show, “Stick with the Dancing,” demonstrating his ability to span diverse musical demands. Romppel has also been hired by alumni of the 2019 and 2020 seasons of “American Idol” Andrea Valles, Anilee List, and Brennan Hepler to star in concerts in Los Angeles and Hollywood. Romppel’s collaborations also extend to Annie Lux, a composer and vocalist whose music has made an impact on several television series and films; Jackson Lundy, whose debut, Calypso, has garnered over five million streams on Spotify, and the noted recording artists Lily Williams and Naia Lika.

This array of concerts will take place at iconic venues in Hollywood, Los Angeles, and New York, including Bar Lubitsch, Hotel Café, Madame Siam, The Rockwood Music Hall, and the legendary music venue The Troubadour, which has hosted legends such as Elton John and James Taylor.

Mr. Romppel brings with him a wealth of experience, having shown his musical prowess in significant leading roles in the United States and Europe. From 2017 to 2019, he was a leading performer in concerts at the Christian Artists Seminar where he performed alongside Grammy-winning artists. In 2019, he was a starring performer at the Berklee Commencement Concert at the Agganis Arena, an annual Boston event which has previously featured music legends such as Willie Nelson and luminaries such as Justin Timberlake.

In 2020, Romppel wowed attendees at the prestigious San Joaquin Valley Jazz Festival, headlining as the lead Pianist and Keyboardist of the Ethan Santos Collective. He continued this streak into 2022 and 2023 with a string of concerts in which he starred alongside German singer-songwriter Marianne Neumannn at notable venues such as Bar Bobu and the Frannz Club in Berlin, as well as contributing to her forthcoming single “Sind wir Nicht Schön".

Jonathan Romppel's versatility, undeniable talent, and professional charisma position him as one of the industry’s most in-demand pianists/keyboardists. His long record of achievements will only grow over the next few years as he brings his talents to audiences in the United States alongside some of the industry’s most distinguished artists and bands.
