Gat3 Names Wade Starnes Director of Digital Media

Wade Starnes brings over 25 years of music industry experience to Gat3

Charlotte, NC, June 30, 2008--Gat3 today announced that Wade Starnes has been named Director of Digital Media. Wade Starnes will work with major motion picture, television, and gaming industries in addition to producing and engineering projects for music artists. Gat3 president, Glenn Tabor remarks “Wade is one of those truly rare people. The many talents he brings to Gat3 are beyond astonishing, however, the friendship and positive spirit is equally impressive."

Wade Starnes comes to Gat3 from Stingray Digital (formerly Sound Choice). For years, Wade managed music production tasks for primetime television shows such as My Name Is Earl, The Office, Deal Or No Deal, America's Got Talent and Las Vegas. His major motion picture efforts include Shrek 2, Shark Tales, North Country, and Duets, while his music for gaming expertise was utilized by Electronic Arts, Sony Playstation, and InGrooves.

Glenn Tabor and Wade Starnes worked on numerous projects collectively, including Boston Tea Party, on Magna Carta records, featuring Dennis Chambers, Jeff Berlin, T Lavitz and Dave Fiuczynski and music and sound effects for the twenty-seven million dollar Creation Museum, located in the suburbs of Cincinnati, Ohio. Wade has also handled tracks for Dave Weckl, Frank Gambale, Jerry Goodman, John Patitucci, and Steve Morse. “It was a natural progression for Wade to be a part of Gat3," commented Susan Tabor, the Director of Operations at Gat3, “the specialized and boutique quality of audio production we offer is extraordinary.
