Describe: On Saturday, July 7, the Fulton Mall Improvement Association (FMIA) will host the first concert of the 2007 Fulton Street Beat music festival at Albee Square in downtown Brooklyn. The first of three, FREE outdoor concerts features music from Latin America by Willie Villegas y Entre Amigos and headliner Quimbombo. The performance begins at 1:00 PM and ends at 4:30 PM.
