Describe: On Saturday, August 24, the Fulton Mall Improvement Association (FMIA) will host the second concert of the 2007 Fulton Street Beat music festival at Albee Square in downtown Brooklyn. The second of three, FREE outdoor concerts features music from New Orleans by The Dixie Rascals and the Jambalaya Brass Band. The performance begins at 1:00 PM and ends at 4:30 PM.
