Chamber Music America is starting up its second series of professional development workshops called “First Tuesdays.” Beginning on Tuesday, October 4th these workshops are held at the CMA office in New York City.
Veteran jazz saxophonist, author and clinician, David Liebman, will conduct the first workshop in this series, titled “Taking Your Ensemble on the Road.” The workshop will provide practical guidance for planning a successful tour, from booking the engagements to the actual travel and performance logistics. Mr. Liebman is the author of Guide to the Road for the Touring Musician."
The free workshop will take place at CMA Offices on Tuesday, October 4th from 1 to 3 p.m. CMA is located at 305 Seventh Avenue, 5th Floor, New York City (between 27th and 28th Streets). Please RSVP by email at [email protected] by Monday, October 3th at 5 p.m.
