The First Annual Tranquility Jazz Festival will take place in Anguilla, a British Overseas Territory bounded by the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The three-day event, scheduled from Friday November 14 to Sunday, November 16, will showcase a superb lineup of world-renowned jazz artists.
