Euphonic has already carved out a massive following in Sydney with their indie rock stylings and now it's Newcastle's turn to jump on the bandwagon.

VELVET MOJO from Newcastle, Australia is a funk/rock trio comprised of Mat “Hoyo" Hoy on Vocals & Bass, Dan “Funky Dan" Huish on Guitar & James “Goonbag" Hunt on drums. They've been gigging round Newy for nearly a year now racking up around fifty shows but are extremely keen to hit the road and start spreading the word.
Velvet Mojo's sound is reminiscent of early Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Faith No More, Incubus and Audioslave, mashed in a blender with cheap wine and bourbon,served cool (ice cool!). Or whatever you think. That's what really counts.
