Jazz Mobile honors the late Dr. Phyl Garland, former Jazz Mobile board member. The Emme Kemp ensemble's “ Musical Remembrance" will open this concert featuring Jazz Master Jimmy Heath! Joining pianist / vocalist Emme Kemp: Whitney Moulton - Bass, Greg Bufford - Drums, Myrna Lake,Brenda Alexander, Gil Pritchett III,Alexander Cowlings, these singers round out the Kemp ensemble.
