We have been in communication with Billy and he wants everyone to know that his spirit is strong and that he is grateful for all the support, prayers and donations that he has received.
However, he is not out of danger and has been unable to work since the end of October. This has not only been very hard on his music loving spirit, but also his ability to meet his financial obligations. So we are appealing to you to help him during this most difficult time. He needs to raise $25,000 as soon as possible, and $10,000 immediately to lift his mortgage situation out of imminent danger.
Plans are in the works for a Billy Higgins Love-in for the near future.
